By accessing or using MyQuiz App, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
MyQuiz App allows users to create, manage, share, and play quizzes through our website, application, and related services (e.g., MyQuiz Meta Quest App).
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Users may create and submit quiz questions, answers, texts, images, or other content. You are responsible for the content you create or share.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that may harm the service, other users, or third parties.
Users may report quizzes or other content that they believe violate these Terms, applicable law, or community standards. Reported content may be reviewed by us and may be removed, restricted, or otherwise moderated at our sole discretion.
Users retain ownership of the content they create and submit to MyQuiz App.
By submitting content to MyQuiz App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and use such content only as necessary to provide and improve the service.
We are not responsible for content, quiz materials, prizes, promotions, or information provided by quiz creators, organizers, sponsors, or other users.
You agree not to use MyQuiz App to:
MyQuiz App, including its name, design, software, features, logos, and related materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of MyQuiz App or its intellectual property to you.
Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed according to that policy.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.
Termination may result in loss of access to quizzes, scores, participation history, and other account-related information.
We aim to keep MyQuiz App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
MyQuiz App may use or link to third-party services, such as hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, or platform stores. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.
MyQuiz App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify users through the service or by other appropriate means.
Continued use of MyQuiz App after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective may require users to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use certain features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection or data protection laws.
These Terms may be made available in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between translations, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
